How to be on Above Average in Real Estate Business?

Here is another blog request from one of my real estate apprentice. I require all my apprentice to help me out blog 365 topics on or all about real estate. 

I have been a long time practitioner of the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS). To answer the question: To be above average in Real Estate Business or any other business or industry one has to give more value compare to others. Maybe we should try to be excellent rather than just be above average.

Below is an example of the 4 value framework that will create a new value in the market place. A difference demonstrated, a difference unique among other real estate practitioners  that will not only make you above average but will make you stand out among the rest making competition in the real estate industry irrelevant. 

For a self analysis on how to create a new and unique value in the real estate market place pls do the following exercise.

Exercise: Answer the following questions:

Eliminate - What you should give up in order to be excellent in real estate. List down 5 to 10 things you must eliminate in yourself in order to be excellent in real estate business.

Create - What must you have in order to be excellent in real estate. List down 5 to 10 things you must have in yourself in order to be excellent in real estate business.

Reduce -  What must you do less in order to be excellent in real estate. List down 5 to 10 things you must do less in yourself in order to be excellent in real estate business.

Raise -  What must you do more in order to be excellent in real estate. List down 5 to 10 things you must do more in yourself in order to be excellent in real estate business.

Why it's the perfect time to be in the real estate business now with CARENET?

There are many reasons why now is the perfect time to be in the real estate business with CARENET.

Find out among your neighbors who are selling, leasing or looking for properties to lease or purchase. You can walk around your barangay or village and later the city or municipality where you live in.

4. There is a Community Of Real estate Entrepreneurs (CORE) who are willing to mentor and coach you. You can begin with zero knowledge in Real Estate. It is  necessary that you invest time learning by doing the real thing the latest and the most effective real estate marketing strategies and sales closing techniques. You don't have to spend much money to learn those since CARENET in compliance to its mission and vision gives those opportunities and share their knowledge on real estate to those who are willing and committed to creating in abundance in real estate industry.

6. You can easily create your real estate business network. Start collecting business cards or calling cards or name cards of people who are into the real estate business industries. Start adding them as connections in your linkedin or friends in your facebook.com. If you have properties for sale or lease or wanted to buy's or looking for's you can easily send them a message of your requirements.

7. The real estate industry is the highest paying industry among the sales profession. Your effort will be justly compensated. One real estate sale commission can equal to your one or more year of employment salary. You just have to stay very focused and coachable. Not to mention incentives, rewards, privileges and benefits.

8. The real estate industry have so many niche and line of specialization. You can choose which part of the real estate world you can focus on and become an expert. You can choose which type of clients to handle: end users, investors or developers, what level of costs: socialize, economic, low cost, mid-cost, high-end or luxury, what type of use: memorials, parking space, residential, commercial, industrial, recreational or agricultural, where it is located: rural, urban or metropolitan areas, how it is being transacted: for sale, for lease, buy and sell, build and sell, buy and lease, build and lease, how money will be made: marketing, sales, packaging, developing and investing.

9. There are so many resources, books and materials that is written about succeeding in real estate. You just have to access these and learn from the mistakes and experience of those who done it and succeeded.

10. The fastest, easiest and safest way to become team made millionaire or billionaire is through real estate. You have to learn to master real estate marketing and sales. Once you will have wisdom on what properties to sell and what kind of person to deal with. You can even start your own property management, investment, and development company once you learn how money is made in real estate.
